  • Space is limited to the first 30 people who sign up.
    Families are encouraged to come out and watch
    though.

  • You Must be At Least 18 years Old or your Parent
    MUST also participate in the classes as well -
    Accepted age with parent or guardian 10 years old.
    Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining proper behavior of younger
    children. Please note, if continued disruptions from a child are persistent both parent
    and child may be asked to leave.

  • Every Saturday from 10am - 12pm. Please email us
    if you are interested but are unable to come
    Saturday from 10-12p.

  • All Training is Outdoors at various Parks. After you
    sign up we will send you further information about
    location. However, all are local and located around
    East Baltimore County

Process to receive free class:

  1. Fill out the application form (Tells us about you and your goals)
  2. Fill out the Physical Description sheet (Tells us basic info about your
    physical dimensions and previous injuries we should watch out for)
  3. Sign the liability waiver (Protects our organization/instructors from law
    suites from malicious people)
  4. Sign the media release (Allows us to use picture, video, etc. for
    prompting out art)
  5. Sign the Rules of Training (So we are all on the same page and know
    what to expect)
  6. Show up On Time.
  7. Start you 8 Free Classes!
  1. Camouflage, or Black clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.
  2. Notebook to possibly write down any thoughts during brakes.
  3. Camera to take personal pictures before or after training..
  4. Power Bars or other protein bars.
  5. A Back Pack with a change of cloths (you never know)
  1. Cellphones (unless you have a crisis situation going on in your life -Talk
    with the instructor before class just to let them know you may have to
    leave or take a call so you don't appear disrespectful or rude)
  2. Cigarettes or other tobacco products
  3. Horse-Play and Games (Think Safety First)
