- 12 Regional Representatives (Divisions Divided into North, Central, & South)

- Unlimited Number of Possible Certified Instructors

About Our Leadership:
All leadership within the American Christian Defense Alliance, Inc. are
carefully selected and screened to provide the best possible representation
of a professional martial artist who serves and follows Jesus Christ.
Furthermore, all leadership and instructors posted on our website must
complete a vigorous background check to ensure the safety of those they will
be instructing. Our reputation is on the line, but even more importantly, the
reputation of Christ and Christians in general everywhere. We must have a
standard above the worlds and we at the American Christian Defense
Alliance try to ensure that within our organization.
Those that are selected to become a Divisional representative, Regional
representative or State representative are selected for their unique qualities
and character, one of the most valued in our organization is their integrity in
Christ.
Our leadership has spent many years devoted to the training and
development of their particular style and system of martial arts and have
attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as instructors as well as
leaders in our organization.
Through extensive training, testing, and endurance our leaders have
attained a level of mastery in their Art(s) and now enjoy sharing their skills,
knowledge, and passion with others including current students. However, our
leaders are much more than passive martial artist who enjoy teaching on
occasion. They are professionals with zeal and vision from God almighty who
have a compassionate heart to see others follow in the foot steps of Jesus
Christ. This is the American Christian Defense Alliance difference.

Our Goals for this type of structure:
- Divisional Reps are divided based on the different time zones to keep
everyone in their region on the same page. - Regional Reps include a cluster of states located near each other that
are located within the same time zones / divisions. - These clusters of states are divided by North, Central, and Southern
regions. - Everyone is accountable to the Representative above them.
- Everyone has a voice!
- If there is ever a problem always feel free to contact the Honbu Dojo in
addition to those in leadership roles within your state, region, and
division.

- Provide effective & efficient means to communicate, vote, plan, and
solve potential problems. - "God is not the God of confusion, but of order". Therefore, another
goal is to limit confusion for members and provide a structure for the
Holy Spirit to utilize. For example: Divine Appointments. - Provide a means for accountability.
- Reduce the amount of work and responsibility for any one person.
- Enable a spirit of team work.
